Alejandro Saravia Dinner

Hogget Kitchen presents a dinner with renowned Chef Alejandro Saravia who is widely credited with introducing Peruvian cuisine to Australia’s food culture. In addition to running his own critically acclaimed restaurant, Pastuso in Melbourne, Alejandro became the official food and beverage ambassador in 2017 for Gippsland, Victoria on the back of the successful Renascence Gippsland program that focus on promoting this amazing Victorian region widely known for its green pastures and high-quality grass-fed beef and their producers. 

It seemed only fitting that we came together to create a dinner with Gippsland produce and experience Alejandro's cooking techniques here at Hogget Kitchen. 

Alejandro founded Farmer’s Daughters which provides a ‘paddock to plate’ experience using local ingredients grown with passion and love. Farmer's Daughters is all about fresh produce, connecting customers to farmers, to their dreams and how they work with the seasons and the land.

For this reason, we have decided to donate proceeds from each ticket to The Prom Coast Food Collective which is a Charity that they are supporting for this current year, donations will be allocated to support their initiative and with the money collected, we will help achieve a specific small goal that would help the development of the Prom Coast Food Collective’s vision.

We are bringing old-school techniques back and respect to the people that work the land and sea.
